With over 25 years of insurance experience, my journey began at Jeff Kendrick State Farm, where I developed a deep appreciation for the power of protection and peace of mind. After stepping away to raise my three wonderful children—Sophie, Ella, and Slade—I always knew I’d return to the industry I love. That passion led me to open my own independent agency, where I now have the privilege of representing many trusted insurance companies. This allows me to offer my clients tailored coverage at the most competitive prices.
I’ve been happily married to my husband, Hunter, for 25 years, and together we’ve built a life centered on family, service, and integrity. Helping people protect what matters most is not just my job—it’s my calling.
Becky Flores
I’m Becky Flores, an insurance professional specializing in Commercial Lines at Rachel Perry Insurance. I was born in California and moved to Nacogdoches, Texas in 2016, where I met my husband, Drew. Together, we’ve built a beautiful life with our two kids, Blair and Dean.
I began my insurance career in 2018, and since then, I’ve been passionate about helping business owners protect what they’ve worked so hard to build. I focus on understanding each client’s unique needs so I can provide tailored coverage and dependable guidance every step of the way.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and being part of the community we’re proud to call home.

What I love most about what I do is building relationships within my community. Outside of the office, I’m a proud mom to three amazing kids—Emmy, Easton, and Ella. They are my world and my biggest motivation. They push me to work hard, lead with integrity, and always give my best—not only for my clients, but for the example I set for them every day.

I bring over 20 years of experience across both the insurance and healthcare industries, including time with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, Liberty Mutual, and Progressive. This background allows me to help clients not only find competitive rates, but, more importantly, ensure their families and assets are protected.
I’m from Lufkin, Texas, and my passion for this work started early. After my family experienced a house fire, I saw firsthand the impact a dedicated insurance agent can have during a difficult time. That experience stayed with me and continues to shape how I serve my clients today. What drew me to Rachel Perry Insurance is the opportunity to build real relationships within the local community and provide a level of service that’s personal, responsive, and trustworthy.

Kelsey Beasley is a dedicated insurance professional currently pursuing a degree in Finance at Stephen F. Austin State University, where she is a junior. At just 20 years old, she brings a fresh perspective and strong work ethic to the industry. Kelsey initially entered the insurance field to gain valuable experience but quickly discovered a genuine passion for helping clients protect what matters most.
She is committed to building lasting relationships and providing reliable, personalized service to every client she works with. Kelsey plans to graduate in December 2027 and looks forward to continuing her career closer to her hometown in the Dallas area, where she can be near her family while serving her community.
